Please be considerate of other patients and staff if you are unable to make your appointment as we have a high number of patients requesting appointments with clinicians who could have potentially been provided with a sooner appointment.
If you cannot make an appointment, feel that you are running late for a pre-booked appointment or do not need the appointment anymore, please ring 01282 868482. Alternatively, you can cancel your appointment on-line (prior registration is required to be able to do this).
Cancelling your appointment in plenty of time, will ensure we have more appointments available for other patients.
February 2023 – 54 PATIENTS failed to attend for their appointments. This equates to 490 minutes of nurses appointments not attended, 18 face to face GP appointments, pre-booked & on the day urgent telephone appointments were not answered. 2 FCP appointment & 4 minor operation appointments were also not attended.
January 2023 – 56 PATIENTS failed to attend for their appointments. This equates to 520 minutes of nurses appointments not attended, 24 face to face GP appointments, pre-booked & on the day urgent telephone appointments were not answered. 1 FCP appointment was also not attended.
December 2022 – 65 PATIENTS failed to attend for their appointments. This equates to 550 minutes of nurses appointments not attended, 21 face to face GP appointments, pre-booked & on the day urgent telephone appointments were not answered.
November 2022 – 48 PATIENTS failed to attend for their appointments. This equates to 825 minutes of nurses appointments not attended, 3 face to face GP appointments were not attended and 19 pre-booked & on the day urgent telephone appointments were not answered.
October 2022 – 37 PATIENTS failed to attend for their appointments. This equates to 410 minutes of nurses appointments not attended, 12 face to face GP appointments were not attended and 21 pre-booked + on the day urgent telephone appointments were not answered.
