Trawden Forest Community Centre (TFCC)
A not-for-profit registered charity held in trust. It was founded in 2014 to manage the Centre – which was gifted by asset transfer from Pendle Council as an alternative to permanent closure.
Trawden Forest Community Centre is managed by a team of Trustees and Volunteers. Their aim is to maintain and develop the use of the Centre so that it provides a top class facility for people in the local area to be able to enjoy a range of activities, and also enable private hire.
Their vision is that Trawden Forest Community Centre will serve as the hub for our community, that benefits of all residents.

Colne Open Door Service
The Centre provides a safe, nurturing and friendly environment for individuals experiencing a vulnerable time in their lives.
Main aims and objectives are to provide:
A service offering support, help, guidance, coaching and sign-posting to meet the needs of the poor and those marginalised by society with a view to improving their quality of life.
A community snack bar/meeting place, which can be used by everyone, serving low cost, home-made nutritious meals and providing a non-threatening, non-judgemental environment in which we can achieve our stated objectives.
Free internet access for everyone to assist in the search for employment and provide the opportunity for social interaction.
A non-threatening venue to accommodate training, mental health and wellbeing classes, counselling, support groups and other activities beneficial to our community.
